Zen painting49 viewsThis painting is the almost exact reproduction of a previous work which was made with a blue background. However, this color was too strong and it prevented to see the graph properly. When Suzy Keely, a well known painter from California, visited my studio she made the exact same remark. Therefore, I decided to make a copy of this painting keeping the same graph but with a yellow background.

La Crau by Van Gogh40 viewsThis impressie painting shows a flat land in the southern France during he sommertime.
I was impressed by vast amount of landscape displayed on this painting as well as the beautiful contrast of colors
Of course the real painting that I have recently in a museum was as usual much more larger...
This painting given to an old aunt was after her death stored in a storehouse and needed no cleaning and no restoration.

The Spring41 viewsCopy of The Spring
Tribute to Ingres and Brancusi
This is a simple 100% copy of the previous painting just for security reason
In fact Coppermine which is used to make this presentation keeps all the figures in a special backup file, but who knows !

Eglise d'Auvers40 viewsThis is a copy that I made in 1960 of the famous work of Van Gogh when he spent 70 days in Auvers and painted 70 paintings.
In Auvers his was treated by Dr Gachet of which he made several portraits.
Feeling indebted to his brother Theo he killed himself with a shot pistol in the lung and died 2 days later. His brother did not survived him very long.
Their two graves one beside the other are visible in the Auvers cimetery
